Thought this would be neat to see how many miles everyone got on their bikes this year and if you want maybe post what you did to it maintenance or upgrades. If you got more than 1 dog post the mileage for both of them.

I keep a log so I reviewed mine and I'm ashamed of the mileage on my ridgeback this year but nevertheless the numbers dont lie.

4652 Miles on a Big Dog Total:

3,816 Miles on the K9
836 Miles on the rigid :(

As far as anything I did this year the WP crapped out on the ridgeback so it got the following:
- Doc's ESC
- New Compufire VR
I also put a new rear rubber on the rear this year and threw in a LED headlight which I'm going to change out again to the one I put in the K9.

The K9 is a laundry list issues:
- New Front Tire and bearings in January
- PDM installed by previous crapped out so in went a RIP kit in April (Thanks Paul)
- NEw VR
-New Fork Seals in Aug
- got Transmission also rebuilt in Aug due to bad main bearing upgraded shaft in new transmission
-Rebuilt Starter and Installed in Aug
-Bandit Clutch Carrier and New Starter Ring Gear installed in Aug (Removed starter Bang I was getting previously)
-Oil Pump Blew up in November due to a clip coming off the oil pump drive shaft installed New Oil Pump and new pinion gears
- 585 Cam (will be installed this weekend)
-Quickee Pushrods
-LED daymaker headlight (This thing is awesome)
Was a rough year for me and I'm surprised I logged so few miles on the ridgeback this year.

I sold one dog this year and had the other painted. Rode about fifty miles this afternoon. I didn't ride alot this year because of the road courses and autocross. Hopefully, 17 will be a better year for riding.
Yep I was broke down for half the year on one bike probably why I have so few miles on the rigid instead of riding I was working.

I hope to ride more in 2017 too

Well just shy of 8 grand this year, which is low, but it has rained more, I have worked more due to purchasing a new home, which led to working more around the house and such. As for upgrades, well I replaced a clutch cable and ignition cover, since both broke. Other than that, all was good.

I'm around 9k to 10K this year which is about normal for me. Should have been more like 15K this year but had some trips get canceled.
17 should be a good year and I'll keep better records this year.

Somewhere north of 6k, now have 42,605, didn't make a mental note of exact mileage last year.
42k total on the dog and just found us 6 months ago?? I didn't know you had that many miles on it

Cool that's kinda my point of the thread hopefully make a little note for y'all to write it down so in 2017 we can compare again!

It's also neat to see how much we ride.

That's a good year no major repairs all normal wear and tear! I'm hopeful thats my 2017. If all goes according to plan it will be just tires and oil changes for me. And some wax on wax off

Between the downtime from replacing the EHC with a Doc's unit, the problem with the torx+ bolt during the cam swap, and the time tuning on the new EFI computer, I only managed 1520 miles all year. I can't blame the bike for everything, though. Some pinched nerve issues killed a few good riding days. Looking forward to more days in the saddle next year.

I don't track this but my maintenance record indicates about 4,500 miles for the last 3 years for an average of 1,500 miles on the Ridgeback this year all to and from work for 2016.

One of the old ones.
Good thread, Eric!
11,560 on the 2016 K9 330, 3650 on the 07 K9, it has 81,000 miles total, and about 500 on the Ridgeback. Total was a little over 15,000 for the year with no major repairs, breakdowns, or improvements. Just rode them.
I don't keep records, but I guess since I rode with Blacktopper on most every rally ride the mileage is pretty much the same, except for a solo family visit tour thru Indy to Chicago in fall. A good riding year. I more than made up for Blacktopper's 'zero' repair costs, spending $1500 for the K9's charging system/starter replacements on the Galveston Lone Star Rally...and replacing a heat sensor for the HD ($40) following Myrtle Beach.
K9 about 65K...Harley SG about 45K...Bulldog Bagger sneaking up on 90 miles
