standard forward Controls.. for us shortys

Purchasing a 05 big dog chopper that has had extensions installed on the front controls that make them tough to reach. Anyone know where I can get the stock plates or what after market forward controls will fit? I attached pics of the current set up. Thanks in advance.

I do have the stock plates from my 06 K9, but in Spain, and I am not even sure if they would fit your chopper.

Those are interesting extensions never see those before I'm gonna guess by the multiple mounting holes on the left side it was a universal Harley forward control kit.

I can't tell from the picture but does the MC go with it? Would need the Brake lever to go to as I don't think it will mate up to the stock controls.

You might find it challenging to find a bidder on these I'm not sure it would be a direct swap. Looks to me you would have to send them everything and they return back the stock BDM pegs, MC, etc

I was told they were custom made, but who is to say. Yes, the Mc is attached to the bracket. I have no problem paying for what I need... just need to find what I need first! Thanks for your help thus far!

Yea you'll need the whole control setup including MC, pegs, and brake lever. You might be better off just buying a set on flea bay or talking to bigdogparts then putting everything on EBay to recoup some costs.

Search the forum for their phone number it might be listed in our vendor section. They have a seperate forum listing their parts for sale too, they bought most of the parts in BD liquidation of you see BD parts on eBay it's prob them! They are in KS

Dustin, I too am looking for stock forward controls for my 08 MUTT. Did you have any luck aftermarket or did you have to purchase new from the parts dept,? Look forward to hearing from you and thanks.

They're pretty much always on Ebay. Retracted are getting scarce now though.

I have a New Chrome left side BDM OEM complete setup (Base, Foot Peg, shift lever, toe peg). I have everything for the right side except the Master cylinder. Those on the picture appear to be greater than the 2.5 extensions sold by BDM. They have to be custom made and about 5 inch extensions. Never seen those before. PM me if you are interested.
