When mine went down, I searched the internet and found 1/2 dozen bikes same model and within 1 year model of mine with veery high asking prices. I screen shot each one, and the proceeded to make my own estimate with parts i could find wherever & supplied links to them.
Bottom line i got a valuation of $18,500 on a 2007 K9 that i purchased 1 month earlier for $9K.

The estimate ended up being $7689.00 I looked up kelly blue book value and it said $12,700.00Then I looked up bikes like mine on cycle trader. They are all over $11,000.00 most 12-13. And they all had more miles than mine does.
So that's gonna be my argument.

I simply insured my bike for $20k .... talked with the insurance agent about it. He looked it up. BOOM... Insured for 20
Now if someone would steal it, I could get my 20 and put toward a new Mastiff!!!

My wife works at a local hospital and last Monday the med students took the day off because they were upset over the election and the hospital offered them counseling, are you fucking kidding me. What a bunch of fucking cry babies this generation is, in an election or poll, there's winners and losers, accept the results and move on for fucks sake. The trailer that my kid brother bought, because he didn't want me pullin my bike on an open trailer, has it's dent already. He bought the thing brand new, pulled it 7 miles to his house. and when he tried to back it into his drive, he kinda got into the front end with his brand new Ford truck. We were able to iron out the worst of the dent, and I put a 110 volt hook up over most of the rest of the dent. I'm gonna go ahead and buy it from him at a savings of about 500 dollars, ( and they say I'm the dumb one of the family)
