This may be really stupid, but do these bikes have high and low beams? Light comes on if I push the low button, but no change if I push high button. Also, the high beam indicator lights when I push low...

Maybe high beam blew out in the bulb , you should replace it with an led bulb, the stick H4 has a known issue to melt the plug and cause havoc

I'm familiar with the H4 LED bulb, but I was wondering if you have a pic of the stick H4
