:chopper:She is getting really close to being rideable again.:chopper:
Can't tell you how excited I am.:whoop::old2::whoop:
THANKS again to Mr. Wright for all he's done to get me rolling again.

There were some figment issues withe new (to me) air cleaner than Mr. Wright had to overcome.

She had 2.5" extended controls now thanks to Derek & Donna & Mr. Wright they are 3.5" closer to me. image.jpegLicense plate bracket machined to mount sideways by Mr. Wright image.jpeg
Exhaust pipes from Tim & air cleaner from image.jpeg
Big ugly dent going away. More of Mr. Wrights handy work. Custom paint will have to wait for a while, but this repair alone saved me from buying a $700 tank image.jpeg image.jpeg

Almost done. Waiting on the last few things from the Kaptin. All the electrical is working. Wolf head light looks bad ass on this.
And it looks like the photos didn't make it to photobucket, so I'll post some later.
The fork brace was pitted something horrible. Wish I had taken before pictures. Stripped the bad chrome off and polished it out.

Update time. The forks came out good. Had to use a chain wrench on the dust covers, and the axle through the end. It took two of us to get it apart. Looks like they used red lock tight on them.
Finish up the tank today, and put a temporary paint job on it. He plans on repainting the whole bike later, because the frame is all scratched up from the wreck.. Rattle can black, and rattle can clear. Little sanding and buffing, good 10 foot paint job.

Put it on the bike.

And the speedometer bracket won't clear the tank.

I installed Pitbull handle bars on it, and they sweep back more. Can't lower the tank, so I'll get some chrome spacers to put under the handle bars.
