The best motorcycle built by Big Dog. All the styling of a custom chopper with the ride of a softail suspension. Adult owned with only 3300 miles! Classic black with the full chrome package. This bike features the powerful 117 S&S motor, Baker six speed transmission, 300 mm rear tire, and Vance and Hines Big Radius exhaust. I have added the DM Custom 3” forward control extensions for added comfort. The Big Dog factory supported EHC R.I.P. Kit was installed this spring.
I spoke with S&S directly in 2012 and had the Big Dog dealer, Fury Motorcycles South St. Paul MN, upgrade the motor to their specifications. A 585 cam was added as well as a small bump in compression. The cylinder heads were professionally ported and polished and larger valves installed. The clutch and ignition were also upgraded. I asked S&S for their specific recommendations so nothing would be done that would hurt reliability. I put over 5K into the motor to make sure it was done right. The bike runs and drives excellent.
Also included with the sale are the original owner’s manual, a complete 2009 model lineup service manual, oem passenger footpegs, passenger pillion, full storage cover, and Battery Tender Plus.
