Confused about paint savers

I'm a bit confused about what I've been reading about stock paint savers...are they left or right hand threads? Are all dogs paint savers the same? I have 2009 Coyote and have some paint flaking around the saver and would like to change....thanks for any info on this

If you have one cap, it will be right hand thread. If you have two caps, the right one will be right hand thread, and the left one will be left hand thread. If you have some bubbling around your paint saver, I have a fix for that too.

I have read that some of the paint savers come out fairly easy and others are hell to get out...is there a way to tell before I commit to this? Really don't want to mess it up to the point of needing repaint or body work...thank you for your info!
