Everything checks out Power to large wire and power to small wire when switch is pressed. I sanded all grounds and contact points.Check to see if you have power to the large wire going to you're starter selinoid. If you do then make sure you're ground connection wire is clean and tight on both the starter housing end and the battery end. Next check to see if you are getting voltage to the small wire going to the starter selinoid. This wire is usually green. The click you hear in the ehc is the relay that puts power to that green wire. When you try to start the engine what does the head light do?
Bike was running !!!When you parked the bike last year, was it running or did you have an issue already then?
I checked for continuity its good too !If it is not energizing it sounds like the selinoid might be bad. No clicking? Nothing at all? can you check for continuity with an ohm meter? small wire terminal to ground.
