If there not required how do you say , " only rode bike 2000 miles."
You can't ..goes on title as "exempt".

Anything over 10 years is considered exempt the mileage is not tracked on the title. You can write it in but when you get your from the DMV it won't list it anyways.

Some states might differ?

The company may have been a POS but I've seen a lot of Pitbull Motorcycles on the West Coast. They must have made a bunch of bikes. I've seen probably 10 of them for every BD. They did build a nice bike, using top parts. Looked like quality builds.

Maybe in some states? But speedo's are not a requirement in Tx even on a passenger vehicle. Who looks at speedo's anyways? :chopper:
Thanks. I did not know speedo's were not required in Tx. I learned something new today. I do look at my speedo cause I can get, wait for it, wait for it, a speeding ticket. And I don't want to guess how many miles are on my BDM. Not that I ever speed mind you. :D

Just looked it up apparently Tennessee tracks mileage for the life of the vehicle.

Like I said in my OP I'm sure it differs by state.

In Texas if I buy a vehicle over 10 years DMV checks the box "exempt". When I bought my jeep last year lady at DMV said computer wouldn't even let her put in mileage if she wanted to.

To be honest ...almost all of us have put a few miles on our bikes with speedometer not working. I just rode About 100 due to a bad speed sensor. Protects the seller from a buyer coming back a year later saying speedometer was replaced
