They recently started. I think very difficult for them. We need patience and things will get better. They had some problems and debts a few years ago. Write them. They will go to the meeting. They do not want to lose customers.

Good luck!!! I've been trying to get the software for a 2009 ehc efi k-9 for a year and a half. Talked with mr. moore and e-mailed him several times and no follow up after they said they could get it for me. he said thats not the way he wants to run his business by not getting back with people. No luck for me so far!!!

Sorry for the slow replies everyone. I lost a salesperson and am in the middle of hiring another person to help handle the load. He starts on July 5th. Please bear with us. We are working hard to get parts up on the website and other means to help get parts to you faster. We get condemned every single day for not being enough for everyone. Please understand that there are over 30k customers riding big dogs and 2/3 of our calls are for tech support which accounts for 90% of our call time with the minimum call lasting 10 minutes and an average of 25 minutes. There simply isn't enough hours in the day and I can't hire enough people to eliminate phone holding/wait times especially since MOST calls are non-revenue-generating. We are trying very hard to re-supply all the parts and revive the brand properly without over-extending ourselves. Unlike the former BIg Dog company, we have no debt or bank financing. All of KMWs funding is 100% privately held. We spent over 100k last month alone on machine parts, $20,000 in tires, $14000 on the website, and nearly $20,000 protecting our intellectual property, copyrighted, and trademarked information from bootleggers and counterfeit parts-makers. Nobody out there is working harder, taking more risk and spending more money to provide big Dog bikes, parts, accessories and apparel than Derek,Donna, and I. Give us a break, give us a chance, and get 360-degrees of info before passing judgement on us. Thanks to those that support us.

Let men. Let's. Do not limp. Believe in yourself and your dream. In Russia there is a proverb: BUSINESS make the fans, everything else crowd scene.
More attention to the correspondence. I protect you, but you pay attention to the mail.

As a person co-owning several businesses with my brothers and 9 branch sites across the america from TX to Alabama. Just doing a new branch start up is a nightmare! Usually you say lets open here. everyone agree's. Now go hunt for a building, go hire branch manager, warehouse men, & truck driver. Go purchase delivery truck and trailer system. purchase fork lift and stock picker, install pallet racks. now do a stock transfer while your 1st factory order is getting filled. now 90 days later you right your first invoice the whole while you see #'s growing in the RED <$$$$> for this branch. Now your all set up and your territory sales personnel can go try to in the next 12 months pull this branch #'s year to date out of the red and into the black! Now what Matt has done is to do a full business start up from scratch with a great product but dealing with Shelton's history! Matt I applaud your effort and I have 1 question. What brand of sleep aid do you use. I personally prefer Valium my Cardiologist prescribes me !

Lucky bastard! They won't give me anything that actually works....like Valium! Too addictive they say.....oh kinda like sleep?
Yeah, I would imagine Matt is like a one legged man in a butt kicking contest. It'll get better.....eventually.

Oh, I'm sure most days Matt is so busy he doesn't know to wind his ass or scratch his watch. And to say 'OH it's 5:00 time to go home!" that's a statement made for somebody who does not own their own business. I have done many 36 hr straight days and many 21-22 straight days without a day off. matter of fact, last week was the first time I had a straight weeks vacation since Sturgis 2014! But my brother's have finally said take your vacation time. So I am! and is my wife ever so happy!
