Get it dried out. Start pulling connections apart and drying them out maybe with a heat gun or blow drier. Then put the back together with dielectric grease. Good luck!

Had the same situation a few years ago, got caught in a down pour. Stopped raining, kept riding and it cleared up on it's own.

If you were riding what I drove through yesterday on I-10, It should be bike puttered while riding through monsoon!
