Make sure all your connections are clean and tight. Check your ground connection at the starter mount. And as said above you got to have at least 12.8 volts. Load testing on these don't always tell the truth. You may have a bad ehc but check the simple things first. I think Captin America/Curtis/Wild Steed Worx can test ehc.

charged the battery all night and still nothing no power at all I'm thinking its the ech that just went bad any recommendations on where I can get a new on

I would have the EHC tested. That's a big investment, and I'm still thinking you have a weak spot in your battery connections. Something as simple as the ground connection at the battery bolt. I've seen this to many times, with it not being the EHC.

thanks guys Imma have to take it to one if my guys first and see is it can be bypassed it did crank 1 time yesterday does anyone know if or where there is a circuit breaker on the bike I had it torn apart and didn't find anything I'm just getting frustrated because i know it something so simple

The circuit breaker SHOULD be under the seat somewheres...one wire in, one wire out. Unless its been replaced with a fuse?

found it hit the switch and still wont do anything I'm shipping it out tomorrow and most likely have the wires and ECM replaced

Did you disassemble your headlight bucket and see if the plug was melted or shorted out?

I had heard in the past that the melting headlight socket is just a scare tactic, but there has been several of them that have melted in the last month or 2 alone.

And from what I've read, they've mostly melted after a battery change or charge.....and I've seen the melted plugs.....

Though that sounds like it would solve the problem, it don't. If the LED goes belly up internally, it can still over heat the plug causing a short. Unlike the H4 bulb when the filament breaks, it don't cause the short.

I was attempting to remove the wires by pulling the spade connectors out of the ceramic plug. I needed to pull the whole bucket and didn't wanna cut wires.....gee, lets make it easy. Fk me! Broke a corner off the ceramic and the spade connector wouldn't hold. Bought a new one.....oy.
