Hey everyone any info would be appreciated.. Ok so my bike got caught in a nasty storm. The next day I started it up and noticed my right rear day time running light wasn't working. The turn signal and brake light worked. I also seen I had condensation in my speedo. I couldn't get it out... A week went by issues still continued. So I went and unhooked everything from the ehc. (Which is the original ehc) and unhooked the speedo because it was going crazy.. I put it in a bag of rice managed to get most of the condensation out. Went back the next day and plugged everything back up... Boom now speedo doesn't work at all and left daytime rear light is out as well.. Both turning signals and brake lights work... I have a 03 mastiff... With led lights.. Any ideas??? :/ sorry about the poor grammar.

I think our intro-police just got caught sleeping.

BTW, something I'm considering doing is coating he inside of all my lights & speedo with clear silicone and tossing a desiccant pack in each to ensure dryness since I'm sure I'll get caught in a few rain storms.

If the water has dried and corrosion has set in, you should take your annunciater board out and clean it with rubbing alcohol or electronics cleaner and a soft toothbrush....after a week, water has probably dried....the last one I repaired looked like this.....

If you want to ensure this does not happen again, I suggest you pull ALL PC boards and spray them with a Marine Conformal Coating. This will waterproof your critical circuits.
