First off let me say thanks to all my new friends I've met here on the fourm.

I wanna say a special thanks to my newest friend.

Marc I hope you don't get upset with me for putting this out there, but I want everyone to know how much your help ment to me.

Today as many of you know I had a problem with my clutch and I am supposed to take my bike and wife and go on a riding vacation tomorrow with my brother and his wife. I very rarely get to see him and this ride means a great deal to me.

I posted my problem here and got a flood of excellent advise.

One member I have never talked to before said "give me a call I help trouble shoot with ya"

That's exactly what he did. Marky-Marc spent his Memorial Day afternoon and evening helping someone he had never met. I'm sure he had other things he was doing but he talked to me and helped me with my issue until we walked through the entire process. He hung in there with me and answers my several phone calls.

He is one hell of a good guy. Smart son of a gun too. He could have blown me off at any point but didn't.

Marc you have a life long friend, if ever there is anything I can do for you please don't hesitate to ask.

I know you all know this already but there isn't too many like Marc around anymore.

Marc I sincerely hope i didn't put you on the spot here. I just wanted to let others know what your kindness ment to a previous stranger.

Thanks for being so open and willing to help. Thank you for making my problem your problem......

It is my privilege to call you my newest friend.

Marky is the man. Good job. What was the fix
Wrong fluid. He bought some new fangled HD primary fluid (not Bel Ray) and it made his clutch plates stick, which in turn popped his ball and ramp off.

We got his ball and ramp back together correctly, then he disassembled his clutch pack again and soaked the blades in normal ATF for awhile to CLEAN, put it back together and it worked.

Always use fluid you KNOW will work....

Thank you Travis (@Big Daddy 72) for the kind words. Anytime!

:old2: To Travis and his diligence as well!!!

The funny thing is, a few days ago I got tranny fluid for Rodgers 2004, they tried to sell me that same 'new and better' shit and I said, nah I'm good with Bel Ray.....thank god!!!!
