Oil drain plug??

Need a little help.
Is this the drain plug???

Well that thing is near the oil filter. And where I add oil is under my seat and I don't see anything that resembles a drain plug.

that is the drain for the crankcase. don't really want to fuck with that, it will only give you a couple oz. and it's a pain to get back in without cross-threading. look farther back.

Your oil drain should be a tube under the oil tank that runs down to the bottom with an aluminum plug in it

Or like mine has AN lines running to oil pump I just undid line at the tank to drain it.

Well it's an 02 mastiff, and I don't see how I could even get my hand in there to a plug even if I did see it.getting frustrated

its under the oil tank, it helps if you lift the bike in the air. Do you have a lift?

I use a vacuum pump. Stick the hose into the oil tank and suck out the old oil. Works just as well.

02 Pit Bull, tank under the seat. Round cap on the oil tank is a knurled cap, about 1 1/2 inch, ya can't miss it! I'm thinkin the Mastiff is probably pretty close to this On my pit I can unclamp the drain tube from the frame, and swing it out enough to take the plug out and not drip oil all over the frame! Got faith in ya guy! You can do it!

Like davidg stated it helps with bike in the air. It is somewhat a pain in the ass without a lift. Also, can make a big f@cking mess.
awg has the best solution plus buy you a scavenger.

Scavenger? that´s for yuppies... grab a plastic bottle (Coke or your choice) cut it as in a funnel shape and off you go....
