Exactly my thoughts! I commute to work at 3:30 A. M. I'd have to say this is bullshit. I've never heard of this and we'll see if it's true come next month, if I get pulled over I'll fight any ticket due to this. I shouldn't have to pay because of other dumbasses getting killed because they ride like Morons...

Thanks Rick, I'm usually up to speed when a bill goes to the floor for vote! Especially when its motorcycle related, never remember seeing anything like this...

Sheila had heard this also last month. sounded like SC was on board with it but can't see it going anywhere due to the fact that it would mean the fed. would be interfering with states rights. but this wouldn't be the first time the fed overstepped their bounds in reference to the Constitution.

That is what happens when all these federal departments are allowed to write rules at their own discretion. I don't think it's real but it would not surprise me none.

So if 47% of the fatalities happen between 10:30 and 4:45, that means that 53% happened between 4:45 and 10:30......that means it is more dangerous to ride during the day.

Take it from an old man who has been taken advantage repeatedly by young girls "on the prowl". Nothing good will happen to you after 8 PM anyway. You don't want to find yourself with some of the women I have found myself with after more than 8 hours of drinking. I am the first to admit that I have poor impulse control and should be closely regulated for the greater good.

Ya, I got one of those regulators a few years ago... it's called a wife....
