I just got to thinking, Are you sure that is the problem? Could be you starter contacts are burnt, and just need cleaning.

Ya, the negative lead wire came out of the bottom of the relay. Not sure that I could open the relay and reattach the wire since it is completely sealed up.
I'm sure the Kaptin can find you one. If not, you can wire in a 30 amp relay.
Do you have a manual?
