I'm wondering if I can get those cone type filter covers for it.

Curtis can get the rain socks for them or call Baker, as far as the shrink wrap, its the black tubing you buy to put over wires that you heat and it shrinks around the object

Ok. That's what I know as "heat shrink" too. But never seen it in 4" diameter.
