Throttle housing is such a pain. Got the wires run through the bars, clutch side went on easy. Throttle side is kicking my ass. Need three hands for two clamps, brake housing and throttle with cables. Then soldering extensions on 21 wires. I hate electrical work. And i finally got a picture of Susan with her clothes on!IMG_20151105_130023.jpg IMG_20151105_130000.jpg Photo Shoot on Bike 007~2.jpg

Back in the day. (1969) when I worked as a cable splicer for GTE, we used to splice 1200 pair phone cable. That was 2400 small wires in one cable, plus the extra pairs for each hundred. was a good gig, for a young guy. (Just having a flashback)
That sounds like a nightmare of a flashback! :oldhardlaugh:

Ray, it helps a little if you remove the mirror and some duct tape is always handy if you can't find a Volunteer.

This thing is kicking my ass, all connections work except brake switch on tight hand control. It's on constantly till you pull the brake lever
