What about the baffels in the pipes?

Have you checked to see that the welds are good? Maybe one is cracked and rattling around in the pipe?

I stuck a broom-stick into the pipes and sure enough.... on the front cylinder´s exhaust, if I applied pressure with the stick against the BCT baffle the noise stopped...

As John mentioned, one of (the two) spot welds is broken!!!!! I am lucky I didn't loose the Baffle on the road.

Once fixed I am thinking on placing a bolt on the spot where the original V&H baffles were installed so if the welds brake I wil not loose the baffles.... or re-install the half way cut V&H baffles behind the BCTs... thinking about that one, will see.

OK.... that was the whole Drama!!!!!
