That's what I was thinking. You can make a bike you're own but when you go to sell it you need to find some one with the same tastes as you have.

Pretty much looks like the only Big Dog parts left are the trans and motor, that's not even a BD frame. And that's not a slam on bolt-on aftermarket parts because, let's face it, that's what BD's ARE, for the most part. I'm just wondering, though-at what point is it no longer a Big Dog, in the legal sense? If it's a BD power train in an aftermarket frame, how can it be registered as a Big Dog?
