2005 chopper. Bought her last year with 1000 miles. Rebuilding all worn components. Rejet her yesterday and when I fired her up she went straight to max RPM. Scared the shat out of me. The Jets that were in her main 068, intermediate 072. Replaced them with 078 main and 032 intermediate. Cleaned everything as well. No idle, straight to screaming. Thoughts?

I'm at work but I will check when I get home. I won't rest until it's right.

Bingo. Throttle speed screw cranked all the way down. I'm putting her together now. I'll let you know in a minute.

This could be a lot of things! Handlebar bushings or motor mounts loose, alignment issue or cracked frame. Can you explain more! Speed?? Front end etc...

Development right at 1500rpm. Done a little reading. Gonna check belt tension and clutch. Just rejet the carb and she has considerably more power. Something probably got loose or stretched

Don't think that is the issue! Did you adjust the alignment?

No. It feels more like a motor vibration more than a chassis shake. She handles real good even at high speed.
