WHO OWNS THE RIGHTS TO BIGDOG

Someone has the rights to the name and the right to manufacture BigDogs, I'm curious to know who that is and do they have a plan to revive the manufacturing in some way.
For example why wouldn't it be possible to order a BigDog kit or start producing bikes that are presold only.
Even at 35-40k, there is certain amount of customers for that.

Big Dog actually had a reunion last month and no he wasn't there.
I think several of us have heard details about the name rights but without there being a formal announcement don't feel at liberty to say.

Sheldon is 100% out of the picture.

Yes the intellectual rights as well as the name, trademark etc. are now owned by someone other than BDM or Sheldon. As to what that/those parties decide to do with them, well when he/she/they feel the time is right I'm sure everyone here will know.
As for musings about the "reunion", it's kind of like any other organization, there are the have's and the have not's. The have's have the money, ideas, golden knee pads and bald spots on the backs of their heads from bumping them on the underside of the desk. The have not's do all the work, make the golden widget that makes the have's slap each other on the back for what they accomplish. So then comes time for the reunion, there are those that have an invitation and those that have not an invitation. You can figure out the rest.
