Big Dog has gone Missing

Yeah, that was one of several cameras, so I'm guessing I'll be up all night watching videos. The asshole had obviously been staking it out. I had handcuffs that I put around the frame and rear wheel so I could be rolled. Those were totally hidden by the saddle bags, but he cut those off before he ever tried to roll it, so he obviously knew they where there.

The guy knows the area, and if he knows about the cuffs he has seen you put them on. Could be he can see that spot from his place. He looked comfortable doing the deed, perhaps he had a spotter. Cops here tell me if they do not catch the thief within an hour, the bike will be in a container somewhere nearby and will wind up most likely in Russia.
Man, that sucks ass and looked like a sweet big dog, got insurance on it?

Thanks everyone. I do have insurance. I fully suspect that I will never see this bike again, but you never know.

Looking forward to retirement
Do you know any 1%? Friend of mine is a Gray Ghost. His bike & race bike were in a trailer in Oklahoma City . They put a rolling Jack under the trailer tongue , jacked it off his truck and swung it90degrees and put it on there truck. He called police but then he called the local 1% ers . Trailer and bikes were back in 2 days. Black group chop shop. Had not taken them apart yet. So if you know any club members, do a call out!

Sorry about your loss...

It can happen so fast!

I had two unsuccessful attempts to steal mine!

1) Thank god for the orginal EHC -- which one has to know the right sequence to get it to fire up!
(we of course will not disclose that to other non Big Doggers)
attempted to hot wire failed, found wires cut.

2) At the Flamingo in Las Vegas in the Valet parking in the garage under Valet watch and video Survellience!
The thief(s) cut all my wires leading to ignition key switch down from the gas tank and I found it with the lights on (headlight off). They could not get it to start.
I had it with a massive chain lock chained to my trailer and second massive chain locked to the 2 foot thick concrete post in the garage.
They blew out both lock cylinders, guts laying all over the floor.

Amazingly they could not start it and THE VIDEO CAMERA WAS NOT WORKING AND THE VALET GUYS SAW NOTHING AND SECURITY WAS NOT AROUND... !

So I still have my bike! and rewired/soldered/heat shrink tube wrapped everything back as good as new.
The Flamingo "comp' t" my stay and then gave me another free weekend stay as compensation.

The idiot that stole my bike will never, ever ride a motorcycle or lift a glass of beer with his hands. There are many uses of 2x4's and that's one of the best ones. Hope you find the scumbag, drag his ass to a dark alley and give him the treatment he deserves.

He seemed to know exactly what to look for when it comes to the locks. Makes my blood boil seeing someone else on a bike that is not theirs. No respect.

Shit that guy looked calm and easy! He cut the chains faster than you open them with the key!

I live in the middle of an orange grove 8 miles from town. We don't have keys for the house doors and my 2 car garage is always open with 3 bikes in it. I guess I'm lucky that no one has tried to rob us. If I had to live somewhere that was that bad I'd move. I have a sign in the front yard that says "If you weren't invited here then duck" with a 357 pic. I also have 2 dogs that really don't like anyone so they let me know if someone comes on or near the property. Bubba the bull dawg is 120 lbs and nothing to mess with. Had bubba been there that dude would be missing a few parts.

It's a bitch some a-hole stole your bike but I think you can blow up the pics on the video and see who it was. Then he would be hamburg laying in some field for vultures to eat. You don't mess with us Southern boys...

I watched more video today and discovered he was there about two hours earlier. He spent the better part of 20 minutes working on the chain, cable and handcuffs. You could see in the video that he had long handle bolt cutters. Not sure why he left then came back two hours later. Maybe he went home to get his truck and trailer. Sure would like to get hold of this piece of crap. With my eleven years as a martial arts instructor I bet I could figure out a way to have a little fun.
