I had three different locks on it, a 3/8" thick harden steel chain and a 5/8" thick braided cable locking it to an 8x8 wood post, as well as a set of S&W handcuffs locking the rear wheel to the frame. He cut through all that and rolled it away. No alarm.
And he looked like he was in no hurry.Man was about 1.5 minutes. Really goes to show how easy it is
I'm just making an assumption but it was fairly methodical. I'm guessing you live in an APT complex ? I'd start looking at the 6 foot 200+lb guys there real close.And he looked like he was in no hurry.
