10 year Reunion

Tim made mention that this year is the 8th year anniversary of the forum. And a suggestion has been made that we put together a reunion of some kind, for the 10th year. That will give us 2 years to practice before the big one.
I was going to suggest we center it around Bikes, Blues, and BBQ. But the weather that time of year can get cold fast. Not to mention, it getting to be a very popular rally.
It's still an idea though.
Let's all throw our :zz2cents: in, and see if this is something we want to see transpire.

We have a great group from BDB and group ride at BBBQ but finding a place to stay is already next to impossible.

That would be a great time at BBBQ but I agree with biker babe on the room issues. It's becoming so large that most reserve 1 year in advance already, well I guess we could mow off one of the fields and set up a BDB campground. :lol:

Im thinking with the right people from BDB we could pull this off (reunion) working together and getting members wanting to show up is the key.How about a list of places to host this reunion then vote on it? Lets make this happen!!!!

I'm game. Not sure what I can do to help get this together...but I would be happy to do so.

Wade's idea of regional is good, for practices leading up to number 10. I think number 10 should be some place central like Witchita. Just not during Tornado season! :willy_nilly::willy_nilly::willy_nilly:

I am all for the Wichita idea, seems like the right place to do this! And I agree with you Shannon, we can all pitch in and get Franco here, we're not doing this without that wanker!:lol:

The Republic of Texas (ROT) is usually the second weekend of June. No Problem getting a room or camp grounds there. You don't need to reserve a year in advance and no jacking up the price of Hotels either. I go there every year and room are reasonable between 135 and 150 per night. The other thing is the BOSS MAN Tim lives in Austin so why not honor him for his accomplishments in his own stomping grounds. June is hot in Texas, so the hotter it gets the less clothes you see on the babes :lol: Let do it Wankers :2thumbs:
