I'm sure some of you have changed wheels to chrome and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a company that has good looking custom chrome wheels that have no problems with the plating.

not trying to talk you out of them. just giving my opinion. you live close to the shore so you have sand on the road. that's what they make sandpaper out of. you also have salt air, and that is what they make rust out of. not a good combination. i'll stick with my billet wheels.

Wood, Thanks for the opinion and I agree but I'm not sure who you thinking about. I live in Louisiana on a fresh water river far from any kind of salt and nothing on the roads here but asphalt and holes.:D I have experienced everything you are saying when I take the bike down to my beach house in Gulf Shores, AL. and if I lived there probably wouldn't think about this but I'm just so tired of all this polishing. Bike looks like a million dollars when polished and so dam neglected when you don't.
Thanks anyway.
