But honestly sounds like you got a stiff back man. Probably lack mobility in your thoracic spine. Get some recommendations for a good chiropractor from friends or relatives. My advice is go to one who specializes in sports therapy they only see 6-8 patients a day for an hr a piece, in my experience they tend to do a better job and much more interested in healing you then going to a jack-in-the-box chiropractor who does 50+ visits a day and only 10 min of work. I know this isn't what you want to hear..but shit just don't fix itself....unless you go the cocaine and whiskey route.
