Not getting power need help

well I broke out the ole girl this weekend (05 Chopper) and battery was dead. put a charger on it and the head light came on with out switch being on. so I unhooked the battery and charged it and held a charge hooked the battery back up and the head light came on again without the switch being on. so i turned the switch and got nothing (no speedo lights) so what may be my problem

Without seeing the bike firsthand it sounds like you have an EHC issue if the headlight is illuminating without the key switched on.

We can do full testing on the EHC and, if necessary wipe it and reload the software.

just saw your website. I have the EHC out it looks as if from factory there was some studs on the back side of it and had it bolted down to the battery box? if so the studs are no longer there the EHC has just been vibrating around in the box I assume. is this a problem? can your company rebuild it?

We can repair the mount assembly.
If the issue is internal and hardware related we cannot fix that.
If it is a software glitch, unrelated to the original design of the software, we can sometimes fix that with a wipe and reload.

Mine have been like that for the last two years ZIP TIE the fucker in there and you will be good to go. I am still on the original EHC. Make sure you put some dielectric grease on all contacts!

(This assuming your EHC is not bad, many people has been blaming the EHC and later found out the problem was somewhere else.)

The Zip Tie thing? yes, honest!!!! but with some anti-vibration foam underneath. I can not find anyone here (my location) to fix it for me... so.... till it goes tits up it will stay that way. I do have a spare EHC on the shelf just in case though.

Now you got me thinking.... I never checked if the connectors are the same... I bought it three years ago, its the new model with USB and gold in colour.... I better check it out!

On the bike is silver case with transparent top, the one in my hand is gold case with black top.
