Had a setback tonight

Well narrowed it down to what is causing the spark.
I decided to disconnect the v/r from the positive side of the fuse sure enough no spark.. Now I just need to narrow it down. Will post more soon

After reading all this,,,, seeing the enlarged picture it brought back nightmares of when mine fried,,, still remember that stinky wire burnt smell.. Since replacing it and a new brail battery no issues.

Paul I think we have all learned and/or are in the stages on learning never work on anything really expensive to replace when you are to friggen tired to do it. It gets expensive!

Hope you get it going without a lot of trouble!

Thanks, after discovering what the problem was I realize it would have probably fried sooner or later. Found some Broken wires and an area where the wires had wear and were causing a short. Ordered a new v/r and replaced the wires.
