Marc, I think you have the adjustment right. Try starting the bike and trying it, FYI with bike not running and put in gear with the clutch lever pulled in bike will not roll, hope that helps.

Thanks for all your advise but I believe Billy the kid solved the problem , although I tried starting it in gear it was lunging forward as Billy said I started it in neutral and put it in gear , the clutch was engaging some but it was crawling so I tightened it somemore and it seems fine now, Im going to put the exhaust back on and take it out for a ride and see what happens , I hope that was it, thanks again
The wave plate has to be flat [if applies] = If too coned the plates touch and cause drag.
The wave plate, the pack is correct, but the ramp screw out begins to touch more up the ramp which does not throw the pressure plate farther away from the plates = Drag or creeps in gear/grinds into gear from N/hard to stab back to N.
Therefore, no matter how you take up the slack, you are not breaking plates so they are apart a touch farther so they do not drag/cause creep/hard to find N.

Ditto!! Try starting the bike it does not always work right without starting the bike. Sounds silly but trust me on this!
