I'm heading to Denver the second week in July. :whoop:Gonna trailer the Dog wit me. We got any Denver Dogs around?? I can't wait to do some riding in the Rockies. Hit me with a PM and we can try to hook up for a run. I'd like to know what jets are being run there as well. I'm sure I'll have to do sum tweaking....

Come on now....I know we have some Dogs in Colorado. I'm gonna be in Westminster from the 9th to the 12th. Probably be out riding the 10th. Shoot me a PM if your in the area an wanna go for a run.

I'm not active here much anymore. ...
head up to red rocks, conifer, maybe do the peak to Peak highway, mount Evans (14,000 elevation). Lots of great rides in the mountains outside Denver.

That's what I'm looking to find. I'll be solo but was looking for sum ideas. Any suggestions on jetting?? Coming from Wichita currently running a 31/78 combo. With the elevation change I'm not quite sure which direction to go with them?

Down Harry...Down. That's the direction you wanna go. You might be able to get away with the 31 intermediate jet, but that 78 main will probably have to come down to at least a 74. The bike will probably run fine (for awhile) until your plugs foul. Take extra spark plugs, and give us a call if you need some jets. You know where we're at. Got to Denver on Wednesday afternoon. Before I could change the jets I had a friend of a friend take me on a run. We went from Westminster to Central City/BlackHawk. WOW!!! I had a hell of a time keeping my eyes on the road!! What a view!! I'm envious of all those that get to ride the Rockies on a daily! I can't wait to get back out. Rejetted and running great now!!
