new 48 bulbs NOT flashing

Energy One
Just finished installing rear compression release and Right side master cylinder.

Here's the situation.

Only my front signals flash, the rear onces will NOT. They are PERMANATELY on!

we've traced power right back to the new 48 bulbs (3 wire) all is good.

The 5amp fuse okies also.

I do have the pmd harness NOT the EHC.

I have an bdm 05 chopper.

MY challenge is i dont have the wire diagram for pdm. grrrr.

any ideas folks?

Check the wiring AT the led board. Some have had issues with boards being miswired. Just a thought at 4am!

nope. wiring is correct. This was working. Only AFTER the rear compression button being replaced is the rear NOT flashing.

its odd , we check with the multimeter and it shows it should be FLASHING yet it's NOT physically. Just uncertain as to what this means , as to were the issue is.

At the handle bar , again all connections are TRUE. we tested with multi meter. we tested far back , right to the 48 bulb led light.

Does anyone have the PMD scamatic?

Thanks so much.

Neil.

Update on this issue..... after testing just about everything I could to ensure that all the connectors were working and that I was getting proper voltage I was at a loss. Finally after talking with Curtis From WSW and a bit of trouble shooting he suggested that I check the wiring order on the new Led boards. Bam problem solved for whatever reason the Red (low Intensity) and Brown (High intensity wires) were reversed. Don't know why they changed the wiring order but that was the issue. carefully pulled the pins and switched the wires, Problem solved. Thanks To Curtis who took the time to exchange multiple Emails with me to get it solved.
I also want to thank Donna and Derek who I purchased the lights from and after the first set did not work they replaced with a second set that were the same way . These lights came right from BigDog so there is no way they could have known the wire order had been switched but did everything they could to make it right. Anyways problem solved !

NOte, I'M trying it now. Fingers crossed. praise god, ty so much for this wonderful site.
