Hi all

Was wondering if any of you could recommend some tire/tyre pressures for my 04 Ridgeback. I am running Cobras, AV72 250/40VR18 and MH 90-21.
Remembering i am in England and the roads here are shitter than shit.

We used to ride on the left of the road and now we ride on what's left of the road.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Cheers

The following Specs are in the 2003 Chopper owners manual:

front tire: MH90 x 21
back tire: 250/40 x 18
tire pressure: front-33 psi/rear-42 psi
dry weight: 635 lbs.

Have been through several sets of tires using these pressures (cold). Same size tires but different model and year. You need to find the owners manual for your scoot.

I didn't say there was anything wrong with being strange and there is nothing wrong with smoking a fag, unless your name happens to be Elton John.

BTW the old 40/40/40 is 40 front 40 rear and 40 gap on the plugs! KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid!:whoop:

For the '04 Ridgeback the owner's manual calls for:

40 psi front
42 psi rear

funny thing , my 01 pitbull manual calls for 40/40
but on the frame the mfrs sticker calls for 28/28.

at 40/40 it rides like a pogo stick.
at 28/28 it is a lot easier on the bike , and my body.
