Stalling part 2

I had the post about my bike stalling etc... It has been starting and runs great and keeps running when the valve is on reserve but when the gas is on it runs for a while but then cuts out and before it cuts out the rpms increase a little for about 10 seconds , I have been doing this for a couple days now and same thing everytime , any ideas please ??

drain the tank and pull the petcock to check to see if you have any trash in it. the tank liner has a tendency to fubar with the use of ethanol blend.

Is your gas cap venting properly - take it off and blow thru the end - easy check

It's not epensive if you do it yourself but it's a lot of time/effort to get the liner out.

Here, it does not sound like a gas cap, right?

Ever cut a lawn as a kid? Runs out of gas but before it does it increases (lean is mean) and that rpm is ideal but unsustainable?

Turn the petcock and all is flowing normal again?

1. Gas Cap? No.
2. Kinked fuel line? No.
3. Petcock is one move and changes everything? Yes, petcock.

I drained the fuel and cleaned the petcock put it back together and all is great , now I can sell it with confidence, thank !!
