I have searched and searched. this was the closest thread i could find. http://www.bigdogbiker.com/forums/general/1200-rims-bigdogs.html

Is there a thread that shows all the factory wheels designs? and there names?

I am told the bike (I hope to buy tomorrow), has factory wheels but I have not seen them on another BGM. But also curious about other names.

Here is the bike, I will post closer "WHEEL SHOT" Once its home.

In that thread I see this was a Upgrade option to Millennium Machine & Tool wheels, but no other information on it, and not sure they are the same wheels Need a better pic of "Soon to be mine"
its also a 11 spoke and the ones on my bike are 10 so I don't think that are the same.

If they look good and works well, does it really matter?

You can always find another set of wheels later if you want to make the bike 100% stock, and that is not a bad option at all.

I agree with Kim.
On the 04 Chopper the stock rim was the Mad Clown mags.
With matching rear pulley.
The rims on there look good - kinda like the stock Houlgan rims.
Good luck with the purchase - bike looks great !

Oh yea Mittens - AWSOME ADVATAR !

Pic shows 2004 BD wheel options

I dug thru an old flyer that I had from 2004 Big Dog literature and
came up with this:

Broadband, you da man! Any way you can post a pic of the rest of the wheels? I've been looking for the wheel name for the set on the Pit. I've just been calling em 'little chubbies', cause they look like chubby little dicks.....but I know that can't be the actual name.

As far as a "pic of the rest of the wheels" - what you see above is all that the brochure detailed out. I cropped the pic to show just the wheel pictures only, as that is what the thread topic is about. The rest of the page to the right of the wheels above, was color swatches showing frame color options available in 2004.

Per TIMNY, the Chopper, in 2004, had Mad Clown wheels...my ChopperDT had the Scythe wheels. The pictures above support that. I assume that the pics above with the fork/fender/wheel were the factory wheel that shipped on the cycle from KS and the other wheels were OPTIONAL upgrades. Too much time has passed to remember the details in that regard.

As far as "chubby little dicks" - I have to restrain myself from throwing out crass rude obvious comments here ... you will need to draw the wheel out and post that pic so that maybe someone can pinpoint the name. A "google" search on "CLD wheels" did not produce results, imagine that!

The brochure that I have from 2004, is the informational brochure off the show room floor that the dealer sent home with you to tempt you to come back next weekend and buy the bike. Anyway that's how it worked on me...

Well crap, now that I look closer, I can see that I have the ones called "Spike". Guess I need to get my glasses checked! Thanks again.
