I want to give good shout out to Curtis @ Wildsteedworx.com . I ordered a luggage rack for my 05 mastiff and received a 10% discount for being a member here @ Big Dog Biker.

During the ordering and shipping process there was a snafu resulting in an order delay of the luggage rack.

So I emailed Curtis to get information on my order at which time he said he would check it out and get back to me.

I quickly got an email back stating the issue and that as a result of it being there oversight I would also receive a 50 dollar credit and that my rack would get his personal attention and be on its way shortly.

I received rack within the week and really like it. Looks like good sturdy construction and quality. It will get its use.

Cutris is great to deal with. Can't believe how fast parts arrive from Curtis. CA to PA in 3 days or less most of the time 2 days.
