Gas tanks

Hi all been a while since my last post.. Was on my chain conversion... I LOVE IT... have had re-tighten the chain 3 times but good to go.. Running the hell out of her..

My question is this.. I have a 2006 right hand drive 6 speed 117 S&S big dog chopper model.. what other big dog or aftermarket gas tanks will fit will little or no modification.. I do not care about what side the petcocks on or anything like that.. I just don't want to have to remount a new tank..

What raywood did after researching this was to split the tank from front to back on the top and opened it up a couple 3 inches and gained about an extra gallon or so. Although he does still run out of gas.

OK thanks.... but I need another tank a replacement not repair/modify mine.

Get the tank you like and modify it to fit, only outcome you will be happy with...
