06 Ridgeback Speedo not going past 30 mph

I have a 06 ridgeback the speedo wont go past 30mph it dont matter if im doin 30mph or 70mph it dont go past 30mph. Has any seen this?

I would check your speed sensor in the transmission. Wipe it off and put it back in.

If you try all the fixes and determine the speedometer is shot a lot of guys have gone with the Dakota Digital.
Simple Install and works great.
