Got the new pipes tightened up and gave her the gas this morning..
....as it was snowing! Sounded fabulous.....valves were quieter than before the cam change........ waiting for a break so I can get in the maiden voyage......thanks for all the tips on the way. :up:

I like it better with the elbow facing up and/or without elbow. the motor can be seen much better than with the cleaner facing forward. :up:

Thanks for the input.

It does look better up than out IMO but I hate to cover up the Tjets.....:bang: got the elbow for a different option and future developments.

Got the filter to run directly on the mount during the crappy period in the spring before the roads clean up a little.

Like running the stack with the screen but I'll definitely have to bump up my main as that thing moves some air!

50 degress today and I'm off.......looks like a test run is in order!

Switched the TH to setting three after swapping the cam out.....HUGE difference.......black rocket now!

Those freaking pipes are loud....and the Decel pop is brutal

But I figured you would get quite a bit regardless with pipes like these........and the volume really amplifies it.

Pretty sure I'm running a 32/76/60 setup for jets but thinking a 78 might help me out.

Time to go mirror shopping.

I got mine from curtis from WSW. The new carb has a movable elbow
