No Prob....You need a black support as well! :2thumbs:

I have the chrome powerflow setup on my Bulldog and thought about doing it all black and diamond cut on the LE since the intake is already black.....but that might be too much.....

Kind of like the stealth look... Bob at Tripx did mention the anniversary carbs when I talked to him.....but prefer the extra juice.

The S&S tuned hides the carb and only has krinkle black finish.

I have the chrome taz on my AIH.

I cut off the cone thingy and mounted a k&n filter.

In the end I could have just bought a forcewinder kit and been done.

The cone pointing toward the front can make tuning more involved. If that is the look you want by all means. Just be informed before you jump.

Got that...... my Powerflow has a flat front end and I haven't experienced any issues with it ..... the Bulldog is wearing a Tripx with a .600 cam as well and that combo really works. Sticking with a .585 on the new one.

2005 killed me though with the "deformed" valve size!

Bummer.

Good luck on you AC quest.

OBTW. I went with the forward facing to display the Taz. Something to think about.

Whatcha end up using......The fast air looks like it should flow good.

The array has a smaller filter but will show off the Red T-jets real and angles nicely with the cylinders.

No reviews on either though. :(

D&M is right down the road....maybe a road trip is in order.

Hold the presses.....what was I thinking.....
I called the bike shop I use at home in Niceville, Florida and the guy actually started into the business as a powder coater, he told me if I wanted a black carb that he could powder coat mine for a fraction of the price of the new S&S limited edition carb. So I am out of the market for a new black carb. He has done a few small powder coated items for me and does excellent work. So next time my bike is down for maintenacne or repairs I am just going to let him do the carb, mount, and manifold. If anyone else is interested in that route Rick's BDB (big dick bikes) 850-897-1769, his daughter-in-law Teresa can give you all the info you need. Tell 'em Brooks with the K-9 sent you..... to be sure they charge you extra....

P.S. thanks anyhow Paul and McGroom!
