No "bang" 4th of July "click"

I thought I had it fixed but after the parade I stopped to eat with family and then went to start the bike and CLICK, CLICK! Coming from the starter. I had to push the plunger in with a screwdriver to start it, so I assume the issue is not in the starter...right?...

It has new starter cables, new circuit breaker and wire, new voltage regulator. the only thing left I can see it being is the relay switch which is located in the EHC. Funny though, after changing out the circuit breaker and wire it ran fine for about a week and then the clicking. I then noticed the post on the CB that goes to the battery was free spinning when I tried to loosen the nut, so I put my old one back in that I replaced when I replaced the damaged wire and it ran fine for two weeks until today.

I tried to give all the info I could does anyone have any opinions?

to my knowledge theres no starter solenoid in your EHC. That will be located at the starter. Make sure your connections at the starter are all tight. You might need to perform some stater test per the manual.

Sorry, I didn't mean to say starter solenoid, but relay switch as in a previous post someone suggested that as a possible culprit.

Get a slam button. Better than a screwdriver.

How is battery. Check all connects are tight.

Starter could be takin a dump though. If so just send to Curtis for rebuild.
