I received my upgraded carb from Triple X carbs and something miraculous happened.
1) When I opened the box I was completely shocked at how beautiful the carb actually looked.
2) When I installed the carb (which went without a hitch-surprisingly) a miracle happened.
My 2008 Mastiff started up immediately.....without any hesitation.
First time in 2 years the bike has actually started that strongly/immediately. Usually I have hit the run/start button together AND do this several times before anything happens that is close to a start.
Is it a miracle? I had no idea the carb would have helped that much. The good news is that the carb performed like a champ with almost no additional calibration required. Bike ran awesome. Thanks Bob. Job well done.
Next step is the 585 cam (thanks Mick) and the Thunderheart ignition.
