Help to identify gauges and air cleaner!

I need help to identify this gauges and air cleaner. Think they look very nice but I don't know the brand and where to get them. Saw the pictures on a Swedish site.

Intake looks like one of Wimmers dual set-ups. Could be wrong though

Gauge bracket looks like something JP Cycles would sell. Gauges can be bought from Arlen Ness. He may also sell that bracket.

I have no idea! But I like the look of the air cleaner.

They have a gallery of their bikes and this one is called Dino's Inferno. (Look at picture 6)
