If anyone's intersted, I have listed my 2005 Mastiff for sale on cycle trader. After a lot of time and dollars getting the look and performance that I wanted I have decided to move to a road bike and do more riding and less bar hopping. I am the second owner and put about a thousand miles on it. The bike looks good and runs strong with many upgrades, most of which came from advice and threads from reading on this site (see the cycle trader listing). I am aware of two issues with the bike - the horn quit working about three weeks ago after my son was continuously pushing the button 'wanting to hear it' while sitting in the garage, and the bike has started to 'creep' forward slightly when the clutch is engaged - started noticing it maybe a couple hundred miles ago. I have read threads here and am aware of EHC issues and can't say if the horn is EHC related or not - but it certainly could be from what I have read; the shop who did some of the custom work tells me that he spoke to Baker on the clutch and that there is a clutch update that will solve the creeping problem; I don't know those details but he quoted me $700 for a parts and labor. In reading threads it sounds like it could also be related to a loose clutch hub nut. Regardless, I feel like I've been fair in pricing the bike where the value of all the upgrades and mods offsets the cost exposure to remedy these two things. Thanks to everyone along the way in making changes to the bike and the trouble shooting - an awesome site for Big Dog owners.

Below is a link to the bike. I will also be taking it to East Coast Custom Cycles in Burlington, NC this week who will be handling the sale of the bike and probably more prepared to field some of the questions.

Bike looks awesome! Just by looks I would think that if those 2 items were fixed prior to sale it would sell quicker and for more $$?? Especially if it is just a matter of tightening up the hub nut and adjusting the clutch. I'd have a hard time if I took the bike for a test ride and it was creeping on me. Just my opinion.

Good luck with the sale though!

I don't neccessarily disagree with you there and worth considering - you're right, it would pretty much rule out a lot of the uncertainty with anything else and might add a couple thousand in value . thanks for the feedback
