Just to let the Big Dog owners know we are coming out with a NEW 3D LEVER for all Big Dog motorcycles, there going to be available in Chrome and also Black contrast cut , check out the rendering ,there going to be longer then what is out in the market place currently , the rendering is not the exact size of the finished product they will go into production in about 3 to 4 weeks and after they are finished at Chrome and re-machining the contrast black I will post that there for sale with pics. check off the pole just to let us know that your interested either way .

That design is just the beginning , if they sell good we will produce other flavors in the future. It cost lots of money to bring new parts to the industry before we ever see a return for our expense, if these sell good there will be more designs.

Ever tried emachineshop.com? You can have them cut whatever CAD design you want and their prices are not too bad. Then chrome/powder coat/gold cover or whatever and market them.. I have had a few parts made there and like you said, the prototype is expensive but making a few hundred of them significantly lowers your cost. Nice looking handles, look forward to see them done.

The old one did not fit right they were to narrow at where they mounted and did not look right or very good. I hope yours are a better fit. Thats why Carlos's is probably still in the box after all this time.

Ya , the old style we did not create, we just sold them , and that company is going out of business, there levers were also too small for the Big Dog , these NEW ones are going to be larger and tested for fit and function before there released for sale, there are a few major changes in the NEW design we tried to do our homework after reviewing the other companies short falls in design, about price dont know yet , have to wait intil the CNC machine cuts the count out of the bars of billet , we want to stay reasonable , just makes good sense for hard working people. There going to be plenty big which means more material . will keep you posted.
