Oil lines being replaced question

Hi to all, I have to replace my oil lines on my 05 chopper. I'm going to drain all my oil out to change the lines and the oil. Is there anything special im going to have to do to when I fill it back up with oil? I'm going to buy a Filter and Scavenger from the group buy page. Will the oil automatically flow through all of my lines and filter. Also does my bike have a oil drain plug or that tube with the plug in it. Thanks to all who help.

When you get them replaced I would pull out spark plugs and turn motor over to prime oil system before starting. Pulling out spark plugs will make shire the motor dose not start when turning it over and it will make it vary easy to turn over we'll it builds oil pressure and primes system. You should do this because this is a dry sump system.

You could even do that just turning the rear wheel by hand (on 6th gear and without spark plugs of course) that way you will have the oil getting in where it should be :2thumbs:

Do you have one long enough... don´t ask me the length... so to not have to use the "link" supplied so to attach the oil cooler?

I would prefer to have a single line without joints if you knoe what I mean?
