I been having an air filter crisis...kinda. Personally like the look of spike but hear they don't flow well. S&S dual runner is good at flowing but I'm not really crazy about the look, it just really doesn't grab me, so it's kinda of a compromise kinda buy. But I recently saw this on a guys ridgeback for sale and I like it alot. So I'm gonna post a pic of the ridgeback with the intake I like, then I'm gonna post a pic of my k9 so we can hopefully imagine how it will look on mine, but of course I would put black air filters on mine.

I just cut the flange off the elbow and mounted a K&N filter on mine. That made mine work great.

Sics6, That set up is a Wimmer Dual Runner set up and they make several ways u can set up this dual runner go to their web site and look. I have one on mine like it very much. A little advise u will probably have to take out your vent bowl screw to make it run right. I just needs more venting with this set up. I made my own barb fitting and by taken a screw that fits it and drilling a hole in it and taken a die grinder and maken a screw slot in the end of it made my own barb fitting. I then put a hose on it like the bowl overflow has on it and no mess. Sics6 you can do this by taken a 5/16 by 24 screw and a 1/4 in hose and do the instructions above.

Personally I think very few of these look any better than the stock system, when they on top of it performs less than stock I'm not sure I see it as an improvement in any way..

I have the spike but will mount the stock after I modify it to fit with my TAZ carb..
