Yes
Its simply a Super G/E that has been modified by XXX internally
Kewl.... Whatever they did works. It's just that I have the 75 MPH syndrome with the coned Airfilter and want to convert back to stock look (or a Maltese cross theme to match the rest of the bike), all while making sure the airflow is at it's absolutely best. Rain or not.

That is a dam good Carb. It should work good with the stock filter system.

I can attest that it is in fact a damn good carb. I do not know what cam is in that motor or whatever else has been done to it, but I know it has a lot of power. Keep in mind that I used to race formula TT, and up to very recently also had a Ducati 1098S. This motor rocks, and slowly but surely will I get to the bottom of what I have here. Your help and advice as well as all help given from other members are greatly appreciated.

I have not been measuring over an extended period of time but I have seen between 20 and 43. However, I am measuring every fill up now so as soon as the bike is up and running again I will obtain more accurate data.

One question with the spiked air filter. Has the vent bowl screw been removed? if it is sputtering at about 75 could likely be the screw was not removed. this was my case a few years back on the pitt. removed the screw and no stumble since.

Could very well be. Where is that screw located?
