Hi
I own a 07 Pitbull.
I do have a problem with the tachometer.
Only one lightbuld is working, the one at 2.000 rpm.
It shines very bright, engine not running, idling or full throttle, only that buld is lighting.
The speeodmeter is working fine.
Any suggestions?? Battery connections, tachometer broke??????

Thanks

The first thing you need to do is pull the annunciator, that's the board with the tach on it, and take a look at it. BD left it open to the elements and they tend to get dirty and corroded. Check the plug clean of the back with electrical cleaner turn on the key and check it again. If it starts working again put a thin layer of dielectric grease on the back before you put everything back together. If its still doing the same thing then we need to know if everything else on the board is working fine blinkers, high beam indicator etc

Everything else is working fine; high beam ,turn signal etc.
It is just the tacho ring that is't functioning properly. Only one buld is shining really bright and all others don't light up.

Hope some one can push me in the right direction.
